Enterprise AI infrastructure, from discovery to deployment
For IT and procurement teams planning GPU servers or private AI for an organisation. We work through the requirements with you, design and check the configuration, build and burn-in test it, then deploy it into your environment. You see the reasoning at each stage before committing to the next.
The engagement
Six stages. The first three cost you time, not hardware: nothing is ordered until the design and quotation are agreed.
Discovery
Workloads, users, data, facility and timeline. We write it up so everyone is working from the same summary.
Requirements
Models, concurrency, storage, network and security boundaries, and what a successful result looks like.
Design and compatibility
GPU and chassis choice, power and cooling checks, and the software stack checked against your versions. Ends in a configuration and quotation.
Build and burn-in
Assembled to the agreed configuration, firmware updated, then run under sustained load to catch faults before delivery.
Deployment
Racking, cabling, operating system and AI stack, joined to your network. Handover with a configuration record.
Optional maintenance
Support after handover is optional and scoped per project, so you only pay for what your team cannot cover.
What we need from you
The earlier these are known, the fewer surprises at delivery.
Facility
Rack space and depth, power circuits and sockets, and room cooling capacity.
Network
IP plan, VLANs, firewall rules, and your policy for remote access.
Security
A contact for security review, access policies, and how the data is classified.
Procurement
Vendor registration steps, the quotation format you need, and delivery and site-access details.
What procurement usually asks
| Question | How it is handled |
|---|---|
| Pricing | An itemised quotation per project. We do not publish prices. |
| Lead time | Confirmed in the quotation, based on component availability at the time. |
| Warranty | Stated in each quotation until standard terms are published. How service works |
| Documentation | A configuration record and handover notes for the delivered system. |
| Support | Optional and scoped per project. Deployment and support |
| Specifications | Manufacturer data with sources and dates. GPU comparison |
A starting configuration
A reference to discuss, not a fixed product. Every configuration is validated against your workload before quoting.
Common questions
Can we buy hardware only?
Yes. Supply only, software setup only, and full deployment are all options. Tell us which you need and we scope the quotation to match.
Can we start with a pilot?
Often the best way in. Many teams start with one workstation or tower for a single use case, then move to a server once the pilot shows what is needed.
Will you install it in our data centre?
On-site installation, including racking, cabling and software setup, is scoped per project. Tell us where the system will go; work outside Malaysia is confirmed per enquiry.
Who owns the system and its accounts after handover?
You do. All administrator accounts and credentials are handed over, and we recommend you change them at handover.
