When you use the advisor or the contact form we collect what you enter: your name, email, optional company and WhatsApp number, location, your answers about the workload, and any message you write.

We also record the page you came from, the date and time, campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters) if present, and which version of this notice you agreed to.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare an indicative recommendation, and, if you ask, a quotation. We use your details for marketing only if you tick the separate, optional marketing box.

Who sees it

Our team handling your enquiry. We do not sell personal data. Service providers that host this website or deliver our email may process it on our behalf; they will be listed here once confirmed.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. The retention period is being confirmed and will be stated here.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect enquiries already handled. Contact us using the details below.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics, it will run only with your consent, and this notice will be updated first. The advisor keeps your non-personal answers in your browser tab's session storage so a refresh does not lose them; contact details are never stored in your browser.
