Can I put two in one workstation?

Often, yes, with the right chassis, power supply and slot spacing. We validate two-card builds for sustained load.

Is this the same GPU as the Server Edition?

Same GPU family, different thermal design. This edition has its own fans for towers; the Server Edition is passive and needs a server chassis.
